If you are not local to Cheltenham you may not know Clarence Square. The regency style buildings were constructed in 1842 from Cotswold stone. Originally the park in the middle of the square was exclusively for the use of the residents, now it provides a family friendly area where people play games, walk dogs and weather permitting, sun bathe. Clarence Square is located just North of Cheltenham Town Centre. Although it is a quiet square and the flat is located where there is no through traffic, you are only 300 metres from the new Brewery Development with cinema, gym and restuarants.
Pittville Park is a short walk from the flat and there are a variety of shops and takeaways in the Pitville area, just a short stroll away. Clarence Square is also conveniently located for road access further afield, being close to the ring road.
